Objective 1: Ramping Up Trove Adoption and Re-establishing the Outbound Machine¶

Monthly Status¶
Month 1
- KR1/2: End of Feb 19 total live brands. Gained 2 more in Jan. Pacing needs to be 2-3 a week in Feb.
- $200k GMV added from 2 live brands in Jan. 2% of target.
- KR3: Pilot with Honeyspree for CNY on 5th Feb. No EID yet.
- KR4: Started being set up again, will be ready by mid-late Feb once new inboxes/domains are warmed up. White-glove still to be done more deeply - Canva website mock-ups and demo storefronts made.
Month 2
- KR1: No new brands live in Feb - currently 18 live. New target set for 15 live (including one Whale) in March - 33 in total end of Q1.
- KR3: Pilot didn't go forward with HoneySpree. EID non-responsive Bateel - this was not something we outreached.
- KR4: Smartlead operational - tweaking and refining but had first positive response. For all positive responses, storefront to be created and shared in the response.
Month 3
- KR1: No new brands live in March - currently 18 live, 24 in onboarding, 30 in proposal. New target set 3 in the final week of March.
- KR3: N/A
- KR4: Smartleads not working. Keep tweaking and refining.
Objective 2: Improved Platform Processes, Development Processes and SOPs¶

Monthly Status¶
Month 1
- KR1: Not begun writing them up yet.
- KR2: Investigation into platforms/tools to help with this has begun.
- KR3: In progress, noticeable improvement but just at the beginning still.
- KR4: Designer to be locked ASAP, 3 options being currently explored. Approx 2 weeks behind where we'd ideally like to be.
- KR5: To be commenced post KR1.
Month 2
- KR1: Underway, has begun work on this.
- KR2: Vanta conversation is on hold, this month to decide which direction we take.
- KR3: Improvements still taking place - continuing to optimise.
- KR4: Due to delayed commencement of work, won't be finished in Q1. Receiving first review from designer first week of March. In the absence of this, worked through a handful of roadmap items/requested features.
- KR5: Testing blitz to take place early March.
Month 3
- KR1: In progress - How-tos done, SOPs and Processes still being worked on. Team to help write these up.
- KR2: Vanta on hold still.
- KR3: Continuous improvement.
- KR4: Dev hasn't started on this. Laura to provide wireframes and full design by end of March.
- KR5: Complete - just finalising small bugs and changes. 8 items in review.
Objective 3: Successfully Rebranding from Elliephant to Trove¶

Monthly Status¶
Month 1
- KR1: Put on hold due to discussions about selling Elliephant. All gift cards excluding WOGI have been disabled.
- KR2: Latest version of website completed, SEO optimised.
- KR3: Trove LinkedIn page switched over. A secondary Elliephant account made. Trove LinkedIn post targeting 5th Feb for the announcement.
Month 2
- KR1: Will take place in March with the roll-back.
- KR2: To assess keyword rankings to improve SEO later in March/April. Explore the storefront generator for website/outbound (Johnny + Josh).
- KR3: Announcement post happened in Feb. Everything switched over except for email logins/calendar invite sending.
Month 3
- KR1: Marketing site switched, platform updates to be completed. Aim to have fully rolled back by end of April (dev side).
- KR2: v3 now in place, SEO/GSEO via Lovable - April.
- KR3: Primary domain to switch to gotrove.ai.
