Setting Up Your Email Signature¶

Before beginning this process please make sure you have requested and received your email signature from the technical team.

Step-by-Step Guide¶
- Open your email signature HTML file in an internet browser.
- Once open, select all content on the page and copy it by pressing
Ctrl+C(orCommand+Con a Mac). - Open Gmail in your browser and click the gear icon in the top right.
- In the quick settings dropdown, select "See all settings".
- Scroll down to the Signature setting.
- Click "Create new".
- In the editor on the right, paste the previously copied content.
- Scroll down and save your settings.
- Your email signature should now be in place.
