Setting Up Your Email Signature

Before you begin

Before beginning this process please make sure you have requested and received your email signature from the technical team.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Open your email signature HTML file in an internet browser.
  2. Once open, select all content on the page and copy it by pressing Ctrl+C (or Command+C on a Mac).
  3. Open Gmail in your browser and click the gear icon in the top right.
  4. In the quick settings dropdown, select "See all settings".
  5. Scroll down to the Signature setting.
  6. Click "Create new".
  7. In the editor on the right, paste the previously copied content.
  8. Scroll down and save your settings.
  9. Your email signature should now be in place.
