When to Use

Sent to a new brand after their account has been created in Trove, to walk them through completing their store setup. This is triggered at the point of onboarding - before the brand has fully configured their store.

You're almost live - here's how to get your Trove store set up

Body

Hi [First Name],

Welcome to Trove! We're excited to have you on board. This email will walk you through everything you need to do to get your store up and running.


Step 1 - Register your account

If you haven't already, head to the link below to create your account:

  mytrove.store/register

You'll be asked for your name, store name, country, and email address. Make sure to use an email address you have access to and can actively receive emails on - you'll need it to confirm your account and receive important store notifications.

Step 2 - Confirm your email

Open the confirmation email from us and click Confirm Email. This activates your account and lets you log in.

Can't find it? Check your spam folder. If it's still not there, head back to mytrove.store/login and follow the prompt to resend the confirmation.

The confirmation link expires after 24 hours, so make sure to complete this step promptly.

Step 3 - Log in and complete your setup

Once confirmed, you can log in one of two ways:
  • Via the main login page: mytrove.store/login - you'll be redirected automatically to your private admin portal.
  • Directly via your unique admin URL: [vendor].mytrove.store/login

From there you'll be taken straight into the setup wizard, which walks you through four quick steps:
  1. Branding - add your logo, colours, and contact details.
  2. Payments - connect Stripe and/or enable bank transfer payments.
  3. Storefront - configure your customer-facing store and URL.
  4. Products - import your catalogue via Shopify or CSV.
