Who We Are¶
Trove is a gifting platform provided by Elliephant Gifts Group Pty Ltd, based in Melbourne, Australia.
Before Trove, we built and operated Elliephant, a corporate gifting technology platform that worked with hundreds of brands globally.
Through that experience, we saw firsthand how valuable the channel is, but also how broken the operations behind it still are. Despite the scale of the opportunity, most corporate gifting is still coordinated through spreadsheets, emails, and manual back-and-forth.
After spending years working closely with brands in this space, it became clear there was a better way. Trove was built to bring corporate gifting online - giving brands the infrastructure to handle bulk and multi-recipient orders directly on their own websites, in a way that's streamlined and built to scale.
Today, Trove works with brands globally across Australia, the UK, and the US, helping them process millions in corporate gifting orders each year. What once took days or weeks of manual coordination can now be completed in minutes, with a more seamless experience for both brands and their customers.
We're building the infrastructure layer for corporate gifting - helping brands turn a traditionally manual process into a scalable, high-performing part of their business.
What We Do¶
Trove provides the infrastructure for brands to handle corporate gifting directly on their own website.
We enable customers to place bulk and multi-recipient orders in a single, streamlined flow - without relying on enquiry forms or manual coordination. This includes spreadsheet uploads, multi-address shipping, digital gift delivery, and concierge ordering.
Trove also supports private storefronts for key clients, allowing brands to offer tailored product ranges, pricing, and experiences for their corporate customers. Orders flow directly into the brand's existing ecommerce and fulfilment systems, keeping everything in one place rather than managed across separate processes.
We support both card payments and invoice-based orders, making it straightforward to handle larger or more complex transactions.
The end result is a corporate gifting channel that scales - reducing manual workload while delivering a better buying experience for customers.
