Notes

The quarter ended significantly below the 40 brand target. No new brands went live in February or March. The revised target of 33 total live brands set in Month 2 was also not met. Smartlead was operational by end of Q1 but performance was inconsistent - continued tweaking required into Q2. Rebranding from Elliephant to Trove was in progress throughout the quarter with full rollback targeting end of April.
